These maximum quantities authorised are intended to cover, during the year, the official needs of the Diplomatic Missions on the one hand and the private needs of diplomatic agents and members of the administrative and technical staff of the Diplomatic Missions on the other hand. For certain Diplomatic Missions, the maximum quantities have been decreased in application of the rules on reciprocity. For orders, you are kindly requested to follow the current procedure set out in the circular note on Form 136F (cfr. https://diplomatie.belgium.be/sites/default/files/downloads/136F_EN.pdf). Forms 136F can be obtained from the FPS Finance : Administration générale des douanes et accises Administration Gestion des clients et Marketing Composant central – Equipe Gestion des autorisations et des clients North Galaxy - Tour A - 11 ième étage, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 33 boîte 382, 1030 Bruxelles Upon presentation of the written request of the Diplomatic Mission concerned. The Protocol Directorate highlights the fact that the duty-free diplomatic purchase of fuel for cars is linked to the existence of a valid third-party insurance contract with an authorised insurance company in Belgium. The Protocol Directorate reserves the right to request proof at any time of the existence of such a contract which is a legal requirement in Belgium. Vehicle fuel may

The Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation presents its compliments to the Diplomatic Missions and has the honour of informing them that duty-free quotas are granted for each calendar year for diplomatic purchases of spirits, wine, tobacco products and fuel for vehicles registered in Belgium.
