About the Annual AP Course Audit "Schools develop their own curriculum for courses labeled 'AP.' The AP Course Audit, however, specifies a set of expectations established by college and university faculty for college-level AP courses. Courses that meet or exceed these expectations will be authorized to use the 'AP' designation." http://professionals.collegeboard.com/k-12/assessment/ap/offer How to Add Online Courses Taught by ALVS Teachers to Your College Board Profile "To list online or distance learning AP courses as part of your school's official AP offerings each academic year, your school will be able to select the authorized online or distance learning courses offered to your students through the AP Course Audit Web site. These AP courses will then be included with your school's other authorized courses in the AP course ledger." https://apcourseaudit.epiconline.org/ledger/ How to Add Online Courses Taught by District Teachers to Your College Board Profile The College Board requires that if a school wants its school name to appear on the College Board's list of approved AP courses then that school must submit the courses they are using to the AP Course Audit for approval, even if they are using courses such as those from Apex Learning that have already been approved. To do so, AP teachers should sign in to the AP Course Audit Web site, navigate to the ‘Add New Course’ page, and ‘Claim Identical’ when asked for the course syllabus. When taking the ‘Claim Identical’ option, schools using Apex Learning AP courses must submit the Apex Learning syllabus number listed below and an identical copy of the College Board approved syllabus. The College Board approved syllabi can be obtained by contacting Apex Learning Support at [email protected].

About the Annual AP Course Audit

"Schools develop their own curriculum for courses labeled 'AP.' The AP Course Audit, however, specifies

How to Add Online Courses Taught by District Teachers to Your College Board Profile

The College Board requires that if a school wants its school name to appear on the College Board's list of

approved AP courses then that school must submit the courses they are using to the AP Course Audit for

approval, even if they are using courses such as those from Apex Learning that have already been

approved.

To do so, AP teachers should sign in to the AP Course Audit Web site, navigate to the ‘Add New Course’

page, and ‘Claim Identical’ when asked for the course syllabus. When taking the ‘Claim Identical’ option,

schools using Apex Learning AP courses must submit the Apex Learning syllabus number listed below

and an identical copy of the College Board approved syllabus. The College Board approved syllabi can
