Women of Bethel please join us for our upcoming Women's Day on March 15th as we welcome Rev. Dr. Erika D. Crawford, Connectional Women in Ministry President and Pastor of Mt. Zion AME Church in Dover. In this season of transitioning from one decade to another we chose the self empowering theme "Women Taking a Sabbath Rest", Hebrews 4:7-10. Congratulations to our 2020 Bethel Youths of the Year! Paige Teel Harrison, our past YPD president is our 2020 Bethel Youth of the Year. Due to a scheduling conflict, Jahaad (Jay) Shelton Edwards will represent Bethel-Wilmington at the Wilmington-Dover Competition on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Bethel Smyrna at 3:00 p.m. Both contestants will vie for the 2020 Delaware Annual Conference on the strength of their resume, testing on AME History, Governance and Doctrine, essay and talent presentation. The Board of Christian Education extends its heartfelt thanks to the parents of Jahaad and Paige, Sisters LaSean Shelton (Jahaad) and Loria Teel (Paige).

Have you ever wanted to know more about Roberts‘ Rules of Order? How to move and properly second a motion? How to establish quorum, and what exactly IS the question? Join us March 9th, at 7:00pm in the Fellowship Hall as the Katherine B. Ross Lay Organization host a Roberts’ Rules of Order Training. All are invited.
