1- DMA Tasking procedure cycle :
Beneficiaries

DMA RMACs

Sampling and completing QC reports to
providing RMACs last decision.
DMA RMACs
1. Checking and verifying QC reports.
2. Entering reports to national database.
3. Providing beneficiaries the land release
certificate according to final report.
2- IKMAA tasking procedure Cycle :
Annual plan of IKMAA, Request from Governorate, Request form individuals/Private Section
through Governorate.
IKMAA HQ issuing the Task for MACs, or Local/International Organization according to the
priorities, cc to QA/QC and MRE.
QA/QC will follow the implementation of the task according to the SOPs.
MACs, Local/International Organization will implement the clearance, and Progress reports
will be send to Plan to follow the reporting.
Completion reports will be send to QA/QC to perform sampling on the final CR.
Completion reports will be entered to the IMSMA to finalize and confirm the Hazard is
closed, Handover procedure will be performed after.
Directorate of Plan follow up for annual plan will be within the time frame.
Handover Procedure for Cleared Area:
After performing the clearance for Hazardous area and finishing the Sampling area portion
through QA/QC, IKMAA and DMA will hold an official ceremony to handover the
certification of cleared area to land owners, the certification is an official letter which signed
by the implementer, land owner and Mine Action Authority that contain the legal
responsibility.
