Winners! Wow! We have had newsletter challenges. Our newsletter company didn’t create the newsletters for July nor August when we sent the information and they said they were looking into what was going on on their side and they never followed up. Needless to say, we decided to pull it back in house and prepared a July, August & September results newsletter. After sending it as a pdf to the unit we noted that the pdf failed. Then the October 2005 newsletter was opened and it accidentally overwrote the October 2015 newsletter. After having put hours into it, we decided that we needed to move forward and created our November Newsletter with October 2015 results. We apologize to those of you who missed the newsletters. We cannot believe the lack of professionalism that we experienced with our newsletter provider and were surprised that they never came through for us after we provided them with all of the data. That said, we are excited that the Holiday selling season is upon us and I can tell that you are all sharing the new Holiday Products with a passion. Congratulations to Regina Howe & Kristi Cook who were our Q1 stars in the new quarter and were 4 Quarter Stars last year which qualified them for the Crystal Creek Chalet getaway. It was a blast and I am already planning our 2016 Escape and Celebration! We continue to have strong sales and reorders and I am so proud of each of you for keeping your businesses running so well. As we prepare for 2016, think about what you would like out of your business in the coming year and begin to position yourselves to get that.
