Annabel’s Birthday Ball

Objectives

Create invitations to send out to the clients guest list.

Integrate the clients personal style and theme into the event and create an atmosphere that is unique and caters to children.

Throughout Annabel’s 6th birthday party provide activities to

keep the children entertained.

Serve food to the young children that will satisfy their taste buds as well as items for the older adults on the guest list.

Create memories for the clients by hiring a professional

photographer to capture all the precious moments.

Make time for cake, ice cream and presents.

Send guests home with a goodie bag that keeps the fun lasting after the birthday ball comes to an end.

Strategies Send out invitations to the guest list that are pink and princess

themed. The invitations will invite the guests to Annabel’s birthday ball where they will receive the ultimate princess treatment.

Rent a white tent, tables, and chairs to set up outside for guest to

enjoy the food and fresh air.

Decorate the inside of the house and the back yard with glitter, sparkles, balloons, streamers and all things pink.

Create the entertainment around the princess ball theme of the

birthday party.

Rent a princess jumpy house that looks like a huge castle for the princesses to enjoy.

Hire Libby Lu to provide the young female guests at the party the ultimate princess treatment. The services include picking out from princess dresses to dress up in, and getting their hair and makeup

done for the princess ball.

Strategies Serve an array of catered food for the children such as: salad,

backed macaroni and cheese, mini cheese burgers, chicken nuggets, mini corn dogs, grilled cheeses, smiley face french fries, apple slices

with carmel, corn, and grapes.

The adults will enjoy food such as: grilled chicken and steak kabobs, salad, white or fried rice, fresh fruit, and veggies.

Take time out of the event to gather the guests to sing happy

birthday, cut the cake, and open presents.

Hire a photographer to take pictures throughout the entire event of the guests and Annabel.

Create goodie bags for the younger girls to take upon departure. The goodie bags will include: clear lip gloss, pink blush, pale pink

eye shadow, loose silver and gold wet and wild glitter, barbie pink Opi nail polish, a wand, a tiara and a set of sweet pea Bath & Body

Works lotion and body spray.

Tactics Pre Event-

Send out pink princess theme invitations to the guest list inviting them to Annabel’s birthday ball.

Tactics Pre Event-

Rent and set up the white tent, tables, and chairs outside for guests to enjoy while they are enjoying food, laughter, and

conversation.

Tactics Pre Event-

Decorate the inside of the house and the back yard with pink decorations, glitter, sparkles, streamers, and balloons.

Tactics Pre Event-

Set up the blow up jumpy house that is shaped like a castle before guests arrive.

Tactics Event Environment-

Annabel’s birthday ball will be full of pink princess themed decorations and glitter.

The event will cater to Annabel and her friends making them feel like princesses for the day.

Tactics Event-

After Annabel’s guest arrive they will be taken to a cart full of princess dresses in all different colors and sizes where they get to pick out their outfit for the party. After their outfit is picked

out they will make their way to get their hair and makeup done by Libby Lu employees.

Tactics Event-

Children's Menu will include: Salad, backed macaroni and cheese, mini cheese burgers, chicken nuggets, mini corn dogs,

grilled cheeses, smiley face french fries, apple slices with carmel, corn, and grapes.

Gather the guests during the birthday party to sing happy birthday to Annabel for her 6th birthday.

After the signing is over we will cut the cake and scoop ice

cream out for the guests along with any of the other sweets from the sweet table.

After everyone is done eating cake and ice cream we will watch

Annabel open her birthday gifts from her family and friends.

Tactics Event-

A photographer will be walking around the entire event capturing all of the little moments that Annabel has with her

friends and family during her 6th birthday party.

Tactics Post Event-

After the birthday ball comes to an end, and guests start to leave and say their goodbyes, goodie bags will be handed out to all of

Annabel’s friends. The goodie bags are a thank you to all of Annabel’s friends that attended her 6th birthday.

The goodie bags will include: clear lip gloss, pink blush, pale pink eye shadow, loose silver and gold wet and wild glitter, barbie

pink Opi nail polish, a wand, a tiara and a set of sweet pea Bath & Body Works lotion and body spray.
