HYDERABAD,INDIA–December4,2017-AmongtheAmericanHinduCoalition(AHC)membershipwhoservedintheUSdelegationtothe2017GlobalEntrepreneurshipSummit(GES)wereSrilekhaPalle,ManikyaLakhsmiLinga,SujwalaPuttagunta,RadhikaGuntur,andAlokSrivastava.The2017GESisthefirstGESfocusedonthetheme“WomenFirstProsperityForAll”andalsothefirstGEStobehostedinIndia.The2017GEShadalloftheusualhighnotesofamultinationalconference–celebrityspeeches,paparazzi,politiciansaswellaspoliticians-in-the-making,andglobalbusinesselitesfrom150countries.TheUSdelegation,whichcomprisedofMarkGreen,USAIDAdministrator,wasamongthelargestandwithbestteam-cohesionandsupportfromtheGEScoordinatorsfromtheUSStateDepartment.IvankaTrump,ChairoftheUSdelegation,pronounced:“IwanttothanktheU.S.businessleaderswhohavetraveledallthewaytoHyderabadforthisinspiringevent.Ialsowanttocongratulatethemorethan350AmericanentrepreneurswhowereselectedtobeherewithustorepresentAmerica'sbrightesttalent.”“Iamproudthatforthefirsttimeever,womenmakeupthemajorityofthe1500entrepreneursselectedtoattend,”IvankaTrumpremarked.Toajubilantaudience,sheexclaimed:“Youarerewritingtherules…Youhavethegrit–theperseverance–andtheWILLtosucceed.”TheAHCmembersoftheUSdelegationwereactiveparticipantsintheGES2017conferencesproceedingsaswellasthepre-summitandpost-summitnetworkingevents.MemorableGES2017eventsincludedAHCmembersparticipatinginaconferenceonprecisionmedicinepresentedbyexecutivesfrommajorhospitalsandotherstakeholdersandhostedbytheStateGovernmentofAndhraPradesh.AHCmembersparticipatedinaconferenceonUS-IndiaStrategicForumwithUScorporateparticipation,includingAmazonandCISCOexecutives.Finally,AHCmembersweredelightedwiththeenthusiasticwelcomeandhospitalityfromtheStateGovernmentofTelangana.
