Comme Le Corbusier disait, les villes et les agglomrations urbaines sont constitues de diffrents phnomnes physiques et mtaphysiques et de leurs influences mutuelles.La ville est comme un organisme vivant qui ne cesse de changer et d'voluer. Dans ce sens, la qualit de vie de ses habitantes dpend de l'amlioration permanente de ses lments, ainsi que de la rvision et de lharmonisation de leurs relations.

Cities and urban agglomerations, as Le Corbusier said, are made of many different physical and metaphysical phenomena and their mutual influences. City is more like a living organism that is constantly changing and evolving. In this sense, the quality of the city and the quality of life in it depends on the continuous improvement of its elements, as well as revising and harmonizing their relations.This study seeks to examine some aspects of urban problems in the narrow centre of Belgrade as well as possibilities of its development and advancements of its structure. Besides technical and functional aspects of the urban environments, such as various infrastructures networks, or functional area, there is less obvious and often subjective aspects related to the perception of citizens. Discussion about them started in the critique of modern urban planning, when appeared methods as situationism, unitary urbanism and psyhogeography that each in its respective field, talking about the meaning of the elements of urban agglomerations, their existence in the consciousness of the individuals and society.Spaces and ambiences that have the potential to attract people and influence the development of urban environment can be characterized as urban magnets. They can be already existing ambiences or those that show the development potential. These are mostly building of central functions often with strong cultural, entertainment and gathering contents and their appending, open spaces or public spaces such as city parks or squares. Also it can be marginally urban areas such as passages, stairs of internal courtyard, which because of its uniqueness gain importance in the minds of citizens.

Cette tude vise examiner certains aspects des problmes urbains dans le centre troit de Belgrade ainsi que des possibilits de son dveloppement et les progrs de sa structure.En plus des aspects techniques et fonctionnels des milieux urbains, tels que les infrastructures diverses, il existe les aspects moins vidents et souvent subjectifs lis la perception des citoyens.Ces aspects ont t abords dans la critique de l'urbanisme moderne, quand les nouvelles mthodes, comme Situationnisme, l'Urbanisme unitaire et Psyhogeography, apparussent. Chacun dans son domaine respectif, parlaient de la signification des lments des agglomrations urbaines, de leurs caractristiques et de leur prsence dans la conscience des individus et de la socit.Les espaces et les milieux qui ont le potentiel pour attirer les gens et influencer le dveloppement de l'environnement urbain peuvent tre caractriss comme des aimants urbains. Ils peuvent tre des environnements dj existants ou ceux qui possdent le potentiel pour influencer la croissance urbaine. Ce sont en gnral des btiments avec des fonctions icentrales, qui possdent souvent des contenus culturels, divertissants ou encore des contenus de ralliements, incluant leurs espaces ouverts ou publics tels que les parcs ou des squares.Egalement, a peut tre des zones urbaines marginalises, tels que les passages, les escaliers des cours intrieures, qui, en raison de leur caractre unique, reprsentent de limportance dans l'esprit des citoyens.

NEW PUBLIC SPACE > LEVELS OF INFLUX As we move to the upper floors the cultural specificities are increased and influx of users is lower. It is a result of specific disposition of functions to create spaces with different levels of intimacy.

NOUVEL ESPACE PUBLIC > NIVEAUX DAFFLUENCE Plus on se dirige vers les tages suprieurs plus les spcificits culturelles sont accrues et laffluence dutilisateurs faiblie.Cest le rsultat dun disposition spcifique des fonctions pour crer des espaces avec diffrents niveaux dintimit.

La facade a pris une forme unique dans le processus daddition et de soustraction des volumes pour obtenir lespace ncessaire pour installer lauditorium du thtre. En supprimant une partie de volume on accentue la pente forme par la gradin du thtre, a permet galement la pntration de la lumire naturelle dans la salle de lecture.

The facade got a unique form in the process of addition and subtraction of volumes for a space required to install the auditorium of the theatre. Removing a portion of the volume is accentuated the slant formed by the auditorium, it is also allows the penetration of natural light into the reading room.

MAISON MODULAIREThis project aims to introduce affordable, flexible and sustainable housing needed to improve the living conditions of the emerging middle class in urban areas in developing countries (in this case Ghana).

THE DESIGN IS EMBEDDED IN THE LOCAL CULTURAL CONTEXTEACH ELEMENT HAS BEEN DESIGNED IN RESPONSE TO LOCAL SITUATION

Usually houses are covered with corrugated metal sheet which is affordable and easy to repair.

Traditional wall is constructed by a wattle-daub method.

Traditional houses are decorated with coloured geometrical motifs; we used recycled glass bottoms of different colours for windows glass, wishing to reproduce the same existing aspect.

Souvent les maisons sont couvertes de tle ondule ce qui est abordable et facile rparer.

Les mur traditionnels sont construits par une mthode de clayonnage enduit de torchis.

Un porche, c'est un endroit o la famille et les amis peuvent se runir. On peut remarquer des parois perfores dans les maisons traditionnelles du Ghana. Le bambou, qui est promu par l'UE, offre la possibilit de recrer le mme type d'lment architectural pour la maison moderne.

Front porch its a place where a family and friends can get together.We may perceive perforated walls in Ghanas traditional houses. Bamboo, which is promoted by the EU, offers a possibility to recreate a similar type of architectural element for new modern house.

Les maisons traditionnelles sont dcores avec des motifs gomtriques colors, jai utilis les fonds de verre recycl de diffrentes couleurs pour le verre de fentre, dsirant reproduire similaire laspect.

TISSUS VIVANTSTISSUS VIVANTS The location overlooks on a Mediteranean sea.It is 10 meters high cliff located above the beach and the new paved road , includ-ing a bicycle route, along with a pedestrian boardwalk. It is consconsidered marginal and mostly uncared for.The goal is to encourage projects they are between temporary and permanent, drawing the energy from this very flexibility.

This project examines the citys flexible nature, offering innovative use of space that is under construction, transforming it into functional, temporal urban space.The structure defines pedestrian flows which connects the beach and the pedestrian boardwalk. This structure that hangings down the slop is made of white fabrics. The structure form is flexible, it is constantly changing.

The idea of this intervention is to materialize and to accent the atmosphere of the seafront constantly wind blowing and also to attract people to be a part of this atmosphere. These lively, vibrant fabrics are placed to form three different type of place for rest. In a fact visitors and space become one.

Cest une falaise de 10 mtres de haut donnant sur la Mditerrane situe au-dessus de la plage. Une nouvelle route ainsi quune piste cyclable a t construite le long de cette promenade pitonne. Cest endroit est considr comme marginal et le plus souvent nglig.L'objectif est d'encourager les projets qui sont entre temporaires et permanents, en tirant l'nergie partir de cette flexibilit.

Ce projet examine la nature flexible de la ville, offrant une utilisation innovante de l'espace qui est en construction, le transformant en un espace urbain qui est fonctionnel.

La structure dfinit et suit le passage pitonnier qui relie la plage la borde de mre. Cette construction phmre est faite de tissus blancs. Ces tissus vifs et vibrants sont placs pour former trois diffrents types dendroit pour la dtente et la relaxation.Ca forme est en constante volution.L'ide de cette intervention est de matrialiser et amplifier l'atmosphre du bord de mre afin dattirer les gens faire partie de cette atmosphre.

The idea of the table design it was to dematerialize the elements which represent the archetype table.

Table legs and tabletop are disappeared, only tablecloth is remained. Here, tablecloth takes form and function of the furniture. But, in the same time, it keeps his principal, decorative function. So that, the canvas that is stretched around the metal construction is provided for needlework, in wish to give authenticity to each table and to point up importance of handicrafts, which we are loosing more and more in the time of mass production.

Needlepoint which we have always seen framed in a gold baroque frames, here, in this design it gets a new wooden frame which has clearly geometric lines.

LA VUE EXPLOSE

Pieds de table et le dessus de table sont disparu, la nappe seulement est reste. Ici, la nappe prend la forme et la fonction du mobilier. Mais, mme temps, elle conserve sa principale fonction, la dcorative. Alors, la toile qui est tendue autour de la construction mtallique est prvue pour la couture, en souhaitent donner de l'authenticit chaque table et de mettre en avant l'importance de l'artisanat, qui se perde de plus en plus dans cette poque de la production de masse.

Tapisserie dont nous avons toujours vu encadr dans un des cadres baroques d'ores, ici, dans cette conception, il obtient un nouveau cadre gomtrique et pur.
