delivered and POD obtained Monitoring orders for all issues like Expected Delivery versus RDD, insertion/Suspensions Responding queries from the field, keeping everyone updated on the status of the shipment Assisting with the order correction process and warehouse functions where applicable Co-coordinating with vendors for 3rd party PO by obtaining POD and receipting the PO In depth knowledge of creation purchase orders using Oracle (R12) application. and timely service to the customer. Timely action on high priority packages & urgent requests. Assigning packages on a day to day basis to team members and validating status. Attending and resolving all process escalations. Team handling, reporting, monitoring the team in the absence of TL. Accurate/timely updating the reports. Support to Accounts Payable Team.
