Graphics viewport area.
In default it displays 4 main viewport areas.
Viewport displaying a different view of the model.
Viewport layout can be decided by user.
(Customize > viewport configuration)
Each viewport location can be changed by user (Right click > views)

Main Menu Bar
Lies at the top of the screen.
Many of the 3D studio Max commands grouped together in the
standard windows pull-down menu format.

Main Toolbar
Lies at under pull-down menu
Contains various icons used to select and transform geometry
as well as to set up materials and render.
To use an icon button, move the cursor over the button andpick it.
Small black triangle in the lower corner means the icon button
containing more icon buttons.

Modify = Displays controls for modifying object parameters.
Hierarchy = Displays controls for adjusting object linking and pivotpoints.
Motion = Displays controls used to assign and edit transformcontrollers and object motion path.
Displays = Displays controls used to set display preferences.
