-HOW TO MOUNT-
IThe unit can be mounted from both the upper ejector plate and lower ejector plate.
A:Screwing the unit to the ejector plate
The unit can be mounted on an ejector plate in two ways: A and B.
Use an appropriate bolt that corresponds to each way.

Precise and maintenance-free productKRealizes smooth movements of loose cores with high-accuracy process in
vertical/horizontal way.
KReducing each clearance between the right and left side to 0.1mm from 0.5mm allows
precise core movements.
KWhen you want to use it with a loose clearance, please make the dowel hole pitch of the
mold(size of W1 in the catalog)0.5mm-larger than the catalog value with no stopper.
KFurther precise rotation of the trunnion unit allows extremely precise movements of the
loose core.
KPutting solid lubricants in three faces of the slide plate ensures long and stable
performance with no oil supply in addition to superior wear resistance/high load
capacity/burning resistance. Prior to mounting, please apply grease to the unit in order to
protect initial scoring.
KAngular pin is prevented from turning with a slotted key with a cubic structure.

Regarding the standard types (SCZN, SCZA), the following two points will be changed to facilitate installation.
Please note that once stock of the conventional type is used up, we will change over to the changed-specification type.
Contents of specification change
2The length of the slide base dowel hole will be
extended (D20, 25 and 30 only).
We will extend the length of the dowel hole to
enable an appropriate effective range for the
dowel to be obtained even when a dowel pin
drop prevention spring plug is used.
1A groove will be additionally machined in the side face
of the slide base in the same direction as the inclined
groove (inner side).
To prevent the unit from being installed on the die with
the angle of inclination in reverse, we will add a groove
that will enable the direction of the inclined groove to be
checked externally.
Note that a groove will not be machined in the slide plate
(AB= 0).

1.Position the inclined pin's edge cutout
on the turning stopper of the inclined
pin holder and insert it.
2.Make sure to fix the inclined pin by
tightening it up using the socket head cap
screws or socket low head cap screws.
KRefer to the above table for dimensions of the inclined
pin's edge cutout and screw size(PM).The counterbore in the inclined pin holder is made in a
size that accommodates a socket head screw with a
spring washer.
KThe unit can be mounted on an ejector plate in two ways:
(1)Screwing into the ejector plate, or
(2)Screwing into the unit.
For(2)use a socket head cap screw that corresponds to
BM in the “Bolt Hole Dimensions” table. For(1)select
a rank below the corresponding BM(i.e., M6 screw when
BM is M8).
KPrior to mounting, apply*grease to the unit in order to
protect it from wear during initial running-in.
KIf the stroke is long, it is recommanded that you
use a bushing that supports the indined pin.

CSolid lubricant consisting mainly of graphite is finely dispersed through the sintered alloy, and the pores are impregnated with lubricating oil.
CSolid lubricant is embedded in a base body of high strength brass.
CHas excellent coefficient of friction and wear resistance. The amount of oil impregnation is a high value of about 16%, ensuring stable performance over a long period.

The bushing is provided with a groove on its outer circumference where the screw plug is locked in.Since the screw plug does not directly hold the bushing's thin wall, deflection of its internal
