by going for a light walk and get some fresh air,

Be vigilant of your first impulse: Beat your anger by controlling the first impulse of anger. At the moment of

Listening to your favorite music: Unwind yourself with some cheerful favorite music that entice you. Music
is a proven remedy that let you go down pleasant memory lanes. If nothing works for your anger
management initiative, listening to music comes to your aid.
Embrace positive thoughts: Allow yourself be surrounded with positive thoughts, positive environment. Do
not feel down or bleak at any moment. All you have to do is to think positive and eliminate all negative
thoughts.
