What can we do to control our anger?

What about if someone else is getting angry, what do I do?
• Don’t get angry back. Don’t yell
• Speak with a gentle tone, and use gentle words.
• Pray that God fills them with peace.

To Practice…• Whenever I get angry this week, remember that my reaction could
lead to many sins; hurting others, and God, so before I say something mean or yell, I should remember that.
• God doesn’t want us to sin when we get angry, so I should try my best not to, and ask Him for help.
• When someone else is angry, don’t yell or get angry. Just keep speaking gently and say soft words. This will help calm their anger.
• Don’t make anyone else angry!
• Pray that God give fill us with patience and humility and help us overcome our anger.
