Key Projects:
The College Grind, completed January 2014. University designated Project Manager for the renovation and reallocation of interior space in Holmes Student Center to create a student centered café and gathering place. Authored space concept and executed graphic imagery. Managed a budget of $1.2M and all phases of project from design to implementation. Space has become an important gathering place for NIU visitors, faculty, staff and students.
Outdoor Recreation Sports Complex, completed August 2013. Project Manager for new university outdoor recreation/sports complex covering 27 acres. Managed a budget of $7.2M and all phases of project from design to implementation. Project was completed on time, resulting in improved outdoor recreational space for entire student body.
