Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Angel Pets Expo! This is an exciting and continued pioneering event! The Angel Pets Expo will be a much expanded event this year, with room for more than 70 vendors! The Angel Pets Expo is comprehensive of ‘All things Pets!”. There is a focus on holistic pet care. The goal of the Angel Pets Expo is to bring people together with resources, services and products which support and honor our pets, and ourselves as pet parents. Angel pets focus also prides ourselves on being also inclusive of all stages of pet life including: young life, adult life, senior pet care, end-of-life care, caregiver support and pet loss grief support. The Angel Pets Expo is comprehensive of ‘All things Pets!”. Variety of vendors will include Veterinary care, animal acupuncture & chiropractic, pet artists, pet insurance specialist, pet food/treats, canine rehabilitation, animal trainers, pet products, animal Reiki and energy work, animal communicators, pet portraits, non-profit groups, pet memorial items, pet sitters, pet jewelry and clothing, groomers and more! An additional goal of the Angel Pets Expo is to increase the pet loving community, connect with each other, increase the quality of life of our pets and ourselves, as pet parents. In keeping with our mission, Bright Star Studio will also be donating some vendor tables to non-profit groups. We will be looking to include Food vendors and some live acoustic musicians. Setup will be on Friday May 1 st , from 12-4pm. Only minor setup will be allowed the morning of the event from 8:00-9:30am. All vendors are asked to be completely setup by 9:30am on Saturday morning. Please contact me if you need accommodations other than this. No early breakdowns are permitted. Vendors should have products or services which benefits or honors pets and/or pet parents. All Vendors are subject to review and approval. Committee will also aim to obtain a variety of vendors and cap the amount of one type of services/products (i.e. avoid having 20 Dog trainer vendors). A small percentage of non-pet related, general public goods or services maybe allowed at committee discretion (i.e. Chocolate vendor).

Hi. Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Angel Pets Expo! This is an exciting and continued

pioneering event! The Angel Pets Expo will be a much expanded event this year, with room for more than 70

vendors!

The Angel Pets Expo is comprehensive of ‘All things Pets!”. There is a focus on holistic pet care.

Variety of vendors will include Veterinary care, animal acupuncture & chiropractic, pet artists, pet insurance

specialist, pet food/treats, canine rehabilitation, animal trainers, pet products, animal Reiki and energy work,

animal communicators, pet portraits, non-profit groups, pet memorial items, pet sitters, pet jewelry and

clothing, groomers and more!

An additional goal of the Angel Pets Expo is to increase the pet loving community, connect with each other,

increase the quality of life of our pets and ourselves, as pet parents.

In keeping with our mission, Bright Star Studio will also be donating some vendor tables to non-profit groups.

We will be looking to include Food vendors and some live acoustic musicians.

Setup will be on Friday May 1st, from 12-4pm. Only minor setup will be allowed the morning of the event from

8:00-9:30am. All vendors are asked to be completely setup by 9:30am on Saturday morning. Please contact

me if you need accommodations other than this. No early breakdowns are permitted.

There will be no Angel Pets Conference for the 2020 year.

Vendors are encouraged to submit items for Door prizes for attendees for additional promotion. Organizer

will post on website for increased promotion, if photo of item is provided. Organizer needs to be notified of

donation item by April 20th, 2020, to [email protected].

Vendor information (logo, description, website link) will be added to Angel Pets Expo website. An additional

mission of Angel Pets is to promote the vendors so, a paragraph description and pictures will be on the

website for attendees to view.

Vendors are allowed to submit up to 3 jpeg or pdf images of your current work that you intend to sell or promote at the expo. The image must have your business name in the file name. This will be used on the Angel Pets Expo website for promotion. By submitting these images and artist statement, you consent to the use of the images and text in marketing and public relation materials for the purpose of promoting Angel Pets. In the event that no jpg’s are submitted, organizer will get ideas for your promotional space from your business website or other social media sites. Bright Star Studio reserves the right to remove vendors and vendor information if they become no longer in good standing. Booth Displays are the responsibility of each exhibitor. No smoking by any vendors/employees. All vendors must display only within their allotted space for the entire time of the Expo 10-4pm. Vendor fee is non-refundable. Any cancellations will result in forfeiting vendor fee. Vendor space sharing is allowed with an additional $20 fee and pre-approval of company by committee. No vendor may, without the written permission from Bright Star Studio assign, sublet or apportion all or any part of the privileges or of the space assigned to them, nor permit any other party to exhibit herein, not to distribute any literature or advertising materials or products, for the purpose of promoting any business other than that of the exhibitor to whom the space is assigned and approved by committee. Booths must be manned at all times by an adult over age 18. Please try to refrain from bringing young children for the entirety of the event. The AG Center is pet friendly! Attendees can bring their pets. Vendors are allowed to also bring their pet. Please keep in mind the type of event, length of time there and personality of your pet. Vendors should adhere to local and state laws and for collecting and reporting appropriate taxes. Bright Star Studio may request a copy of merchant id for product sales. It is the responsibility of each vendor to determine and adhere to needs. More information on this and payment of North Carolina Sales Tax and obtaining a certificate of registration (NC-BR form, for Sales & Use Tax) from the NC Department of Revenue (www.dornc.com). An additional goal of the Angel Pets Expo is to increase the pet loving community, connect with each other, increase the quality of life of our pets and ourselves, as pet parents. It is also designed to bring us together to increase referral networking amongst us. Please bring extra business cards and brochures.

All vendors will be required to sign a Release & Indemnification Agreement Form as part of the application process. A signed and completed Hold Harmless Agreement is required. Please include it with your application. Business Insurance is highly

recommended.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement Bright Star Studio, llc and Angel Pets Expo

For and in consideration of Bright Star Studio, llc authorizing the undersigned to vend at the Angel Pets Expo 2020, the undersigned

participant does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bright Star Studio, llc and the Angel Pets Expo 2020 for any claim or

bodily injury to any person whomsoever, occurring in or upon the space reserved for all activities of the conference and expo,

including costs and reasonable attorney fees.

Participant agrees to assume all risks and release Bright Star Studio and the Angel Pets Expo 2020, its’ sponsors and volunteers from

any and all liabilities from any and all claims for injuries, damage or loss, including, but not limited to, loss or damage of vendors’

property in the care, custody, or control of the vendor.

In the event Bright Star Studio, llc and the Angel Pets Expo 2020 is named as defendant in any action covered by this indemnification

and hold harmless agreement, then in such an event, the undersigned vendor does hereby agree to immediately accept the tender of

said defense, defend said action, and hold Bright Star Studio and the Angel Pets Expo 2020 harmless of any liabilities thereon.

Liability: Angel Pets Expo 2020 and Bright Star Studio, llc will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Participant’s property,

injury to, illness or death of the Participant (or its employees, representatives, and contractors), or Participant sales. Participant

expressly assumes all risks of loss, damage, liability, injury or destruction resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not

limited to acts or omissions by Participant, and hereby releases and waives any claims against Angel Pets Expo 2020 or Bright Star

Studio, llc (and its employees, representatives, and contractors) related to such loss, damage, liability, injury, and/or destruction.

Insurance: Participant represents that it has, or will have at the time of the Event, appropriate insurance to cover liability for the types

of activities Participant will conduct at the Event. Participant covenants to be fully responsible for any of its liabilities, actions, or

omissions, and will indemnify, defend, and hold Angel Pets and Bright Star Studio, llc (and its employees, representatives,

contractors, vendors, affiliates, and representatives) harmless against any claims related to Participant’s liabilities, actions, or

omissions.

By signing your applicable vendor application form, you are acknowledging reading, understanding and agreeing to ALL the above stated rules, guidelines & expectations. Thanks!

The Expo Center is a very large, very high ceiling building. Although tents will not be necessary to shade from sun or rain, they could offer an additional and nice attractive visual for your booth space.

Electricity Option ____$25 additional. The AG center does make electricity available to vendors and has outlets on the walls and floors, but charges an additional $25. This is a pass-through cost. Please check here if you would like this. *Please note that the AG center monitors outlet use during the event. Please only use outlet if you signed up for it prior.

Vendors are encouraged to submit Blog post articles on your business, products and services. These will be

posted on the website for additional exposure!

Sponsorship offers not only premier vendor table placement, but greater advertising exposure through logo

on webpages, Flyers, promotional items, speaker presentation spots, Ad in event program, etc.

As organizer, I will do my best to honor requests of vendor placement and accommodations. I want this to be

a great experience for you as the vendor and also want us to foster a sense of community and networking.

Please bring extra business cards and reach out to the other vendors. Please let me know how I can improve
