I was particularly interested in your job as it involves part time working with customers in retail. I have always enjoyed working with customers and getting to know them. I have a broad range of experience in retail covering customer handling, till handling and order picking.I also have experience of customer enquiry and complaint handling, I have often dealt with difficult customers staying calm, listening to their problems and trying to resolve them.
