Andrew has been actively involved in the West Australian real estate industry since 2004, and via additional study, holds a Diploma in Real Estate Services. It is this additional ualification that enables him to be registered as a Licensed Agent RA5452 and not ust a sales representative, and as such entitled to be responsible for his own Agency. Specialising in understanding the psychology of a real estate buyer, he offers a selling style that is complimented by his ability to build rapport with everyone he meets, and therefore all those who view or enquire about a property. He possesses strong situational awareness, communication and negotiation skills, which he uses to great affect when it comes time to getting a deal done for you. Andrew’s achievements include being recognised as a high achiever in the annual REIWA Sales Awards, and being the No Salesperson for the L Hooker Northern Suburbs Group from 2 4 to 2 , including induction into the Prestigious Captain Club Sales Achiever’ and Multi Million Dollar Sales Achiever’ Chapters, along with numerous other REIWA and company sales awards. Prior to commencing his career in real estate, Andrew had a professional career and background in sales, marketing and the media, and as a result, is able to formulate a tailored and specific marketing program that will be sure to attract the greatest number of potential buyers to your home.

Aside from his passion for selling real estate, Andrew loves spending time with his young family, playing golf at the Mount Lawley Golf Club and being an active member of numerous other local sporting clubs and organisations in Perth.
