Andas-mold , estabished in early 2003, is mainly focused in plastic injection, mold making, die casting and rapid prototyping.

Andas-mold’s design team has years of experience in many different mold technologies and can offer creative design solutions to solving customer production requirements. Innovative mold design and geometric tolerancing are key to successful project. Our staff of design engineers utilize the latest version of Unigraphics software to design, dimension and tolerance each mold and are able to make your clever originality into perfect product. We normally design mould and product in format:

DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP, X-T, CAD/CAM/CAE

The softwares we often use are as follows:• AutoCAD • Unigraphics CAD/CAM• MoldFlow • Pro/Engineer• SolidWorks • Catia

Mold manufacturing


Andas-mold can produce numerous types of molds, including: Hot runner mold, cold runner mold, 3 plate mold, insert mold, 2 shot mold, gas-assisted mold.

We are familiar with international standards, such as DME, HASCO, FUTABA, LKM or others. We make sure every mould can be operated very well in appointed countries. Our advanced CNC machining center

and CAD/CAM/CAE systems enable us to manufacture

complex and multi-dimensional molds. Our monthly capacity

is about 50 sets molds.

Injection molding


We offer custom injection molding services for the manufacture of plastic products used in a broad range of industries, including medical, electrical, household, automotive, lighting. Our facility is equipped with modern injection machines which ranges in tonnage from 80 tons to 250.

Our molding services are offered in a wide variety of engineering and commodity materials such as : PC, ABS, HDPE PPO, Nylon, PC/ABS/PMMA, LDPE, PEEK, PP, PET, PVC, TPE, PS…

All the processes from the examination of the raw material to product development and final inspection of the products are executed under the watchful guidance of the quality controllers.
