Dear Aviation Professional,

It is my pleasure to invite you to attend the 2017 Alabama Airport Conference on September 25th – 27th,

2017. This year we will be holding our conference in the beautiful city of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Our

conference hotel is the Hotel Capstone with all of our meetings held at the University of Alabama Bryant

Conference Center which is within walking distance of the hotel. We will hold a welcome reception on

Sunday, September 24th at the Bryant Museum from 5:30-7:00. If you are arriving early please plan on

joining us for a tour of this amazing facility.

We have invited speakers who will address issues that are important to all airports and aviation

professionals. In addition we will have important updates from key government agencies including the

FAA and the Alabama Department of Transportation-Aeronautics Bureau.

Our Monday night reception and dinner will be a treat for all bar-b-que fans, as we will have a clash of

the local favorites for you to sample and some “special” visitors. The Tuesday night banquet will be one

to remember with a terrific dinner and a production entitled “Charles Lindbergh: The Lone Eagle”.

We hope that you can plan to stay through the conclusion of our program as we will once again have

some fantastic prizes that will be drawn for prior to noon on Wednesday.

Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Founded in 1985, the museum was opened in 1988 to "house the history of

Alabama football, with special emphasis on the legendary coach" Bear Bryant. Come join us on Sunday,

September 24, 2017 between 5:30-7:00 p.m. for a wonderful tour of this historic facility, hors d’oeuvres,

drinks and fellowship. There is no cost for this event. Please indicate that you plan to attend on your

production of “Charles Lindbergh: The Lone Eagle” performed and written by Steve Carroll. Prepare to

2017 Sponsorship Campaign

Your organization is invited to join us at the 2017 Alabama Airport Conference in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. We have a great conference planned and hope you will join us for a celebration of aviation in the State of Alabama. All meetings will be held in The University of Alabama Bryant Conference Center Seller’s Auditorium. The exhibitors will be located inside the Seller’s Auditorium to maximize the time spent with our attendees. Exhibiting at the conference will offer you an opportunity to share information and highlight your program, products and/or services, while meeting and educating the conference attendees. Exhibit Booth Fee: $400 Registration Deadline: Space is limited, so please return your exhibit registration form and fee by Friday August 25, 2017. Exhibit fees will include one (1) complimentary registration to attend all conference functions. Exhibit Booth Space: Unless otherwise requested, you will be provided with an 8x10 booth area with one dressed table and two chairs. Access to electrical outlet must be requested. You will be responsible for your own display and the ordering and payment of any additional items such as audio/visual equipment, telephones, and internet access. Exhibit booth spaces will be assigned according to the sponsorship levels and thereafter on a first come first serve basis. Lodge and Travel Reservations: All exhibitors will be responsible for making their own hotel and travel reservations.
