You can also fly on someone’s camp. Your coach can book the slots for the whole camp and upon his/her arrival at the tunnel, the reception desk deducts the credit from your account to cover the coach’s booking. You will receive an email confirmation each time we make changes to your account.
You buy the air ticket yourself and once you arrive in Flyspot you provide us with your air ticket receipt. There are two options: you can either receive 2 extra hours in night credit (Australia & America packages) or 1 extra hour in night credit (Lite package) of flying time or a reimburse-ment up to 1,000USD (Australia & America packages) or 500USD (Lite packages) in the original payment method used for purchasing the package. You will receive your refund within the follo-wing 14 days from arrival to Flyspot.

BY PLANE (a 30-minute flight) or BY TRAIN (2h15min ride)orBY CAR (a 3-4-hour drive)
If you want to book a train ticket, get one from Warszawa Zachodnia(the closest stop to our tunnel) to Katowice. You can buy the ticket online at www.intercity.pl The fastest train is called EIP. You need to buy the ticket either online or at the train station BEFORE boarding the train to avoid a substatial fine. There is a restaurant on each EIP train.

We accept EUR in Flyspots, but in most of places in Poland you would need to pay by card(debit/visa/Mastercard) or cash PLN -> you can exchange some money at Flyspot if you need to.
Currency
You would be surprised how inexpensive both food and alcohol are in Poland. Polish cuisine is absolutely delicious, however, you will also be able find
many veggie/vegan restaurants.

You can pick up your hotel key at the reception desk, which is open every day from 8am till 10pm. If you arrive before or after opening hours, let us know in advance and we will leave the key with our security guy. For your convenience, your key will open the front door of the tunnel and the security staff is present all night long.
We provide accommodation at both Flyspot tunnels. In each tunnel, there is a limited number of hotel rooms available to our customers. You will share the room with others who bought the all- inclusive packages. Each room has a private bathroom and all towels, shower gel/shampoo/to-othbrush/toothpaste, hair dryer as well as bed sheets are provided.
We have two PROflyer rooms in each tunnel, where you can download your footage free of charge any time of a day. You have 5 different downloads of your flying available each shot from a different camera. We erase all videos 5 days pass your flying date so don’t wait until the last moment.
