Welcome to the National Arena Lugnet when Falun Borlänge SK invites you to an exciting weekend of competitions! The Scandinavian Cup and the National Senior Cup will be a joint event according to rules from the Swedish Ski Association for the National Senior Cup 2021/2022 and the Norwegian Ski Association for the Scandinavian Cup 2021/2022. We use our club website (https://idrottonline.se/FalunBorlangeSK-Skidor) for all information and we therefore encourage everyone to follow it regularly. The competition memo is posted in the beginning of the same week as the event (week 1). The competitions will be webcasted.
Everyone who in any way participates in the event is responsible for minimizing the risk of spreading covid-19. The Swedish Ski Association's website contains information that is continuously updated regarding sports during the corona epidemic. We recommend everyone to read The Public Health Agency's general advices due to covid-19.
o Stay at home if you have the slightest symptom of cold or illness. o We urge all participants, leaders and service teams to be fully vaccinated against
covid 19. If you are not fully vaccinated we recommend to take test the day before departure for the competitions.
o We encourage participants from other countries to take note of the Police Authority's rules for entry into Sweden in view of the corona pandemic.

Official training before the competition takes place on Thursday afternoon, time for this will be announced later. Times for official training on Friday and Saturday will be announced at the team leader meetings. Team leader meetings take place digitally via Teams on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 18:00.
Entries and entry fees
Swedish participants Entries must be done not later than Tuesday 4 January via SSF TA Competition Calendar.
Participants from other nations
Entries must be done through respective National Ski Association.

Instructions for late registration and deregistration after this datum will be announced later. The entry fee is SEK 300/ person/ start for Swedish participants and EUR20/ person/ start for participants from other nations. The entry fee for late entries is SEK 450/ person/ start for Swedish participants and EUR 35/ person/ start for participants from other nations. Entry fee is paid by invoice sent by email from Falun Borlänge SK. In case of cancelled competition, 50% of the entry fee will be refunded. Swedish participants use their personal transponder. Swedish participants who do not have a transponder can rent one for SEK 150 / day. Participants from other nations can borrow transponders from the organizer. Transponder not returned will be charged the actual team or club EUR 50. Bib not returned will be charged the actual team or club EUR 50. Prizes Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the rules for National Senior Cup 2021/2022 and Scandinavian Cup 2021/2022.
Waxing Facilities Besides the waxing cabins reserved for the national teams, we have a limited number of wax cabins and parking space for trucks to offer, including electricity, for the whole stay. The waxing facilities are available from Wednesday evening until Sunday after the races.

Cable from parking lot to electricity central (approx. 30 meters) is not included. Announce any special needs and we will try to solve them. Keys to waxing cabins are handed over at times according to the upcoming competition memo. Key not returned will be charged the actual team or club EUR150. Registration of interest in waxing facilities must be made no later than Sunday 12 December by email [email protected]. Booking is confirmed continuously according to the principle first come, first served. The fee for waxing facilities is paid by invoice sent by email from Falun Borlänge SK. Food at the arena, accommodation We offer a comprehensive pre-ordered lunch at the arena to athletes, team members etc. on Friday and Saturday 11:00-15:30 and on Sunday 11.00-14:30. The price is EUR 9/ person. To pre-order lunch per team or club, use form: http://konferensbyran.se/konf/lunch. Latest date for booking pre-ordered lunch is Sunday 2 January. The pre-ordered lunch is paid by invoice sent by email from Falun Borlänge SK. There will also be lighter food (soupe/ bread, snacks and beverage) for sale at the arena on competition days. See proposed accommodation for participants in the event according to Appendix 1.
