Dear Ms. Gobert,

By letter dated April 25, 2018, Renaissance submitted a Proposed Abandonment of Right-of-Way Pipeline and Umbilical on the above referenced area; approval granted May 8, 2018.

In accordance with regulations contained in Title 30 CFR 250.1753, please be advised that Renaissance Offehore, LLC has completed the abandonment-in-place of the following pipelines located in Mississippi Canyon Block 357. The abandonment of the pipelines commenced on july 4, 2018 and was completed on july 7, 2018.

On july 4, 2018 and July 5, 2018, abandonment operations were completed on Segment No. 11455 and Segment No. 11729 pipelines at the Mississippi Canyon Block 357 No.2 well site.

On July 5, 2018, a vessel mobilized to West Delta 152 "A". The pipeline and umbilical were surveyed for pulling back and wrapping per original approval, however the pre-site survey conducted identified interference on top of SN 11455 and 11729. The interference increased the risk in the cutting and wrapping back the pipeline.

In order to minimize risk and continue operations, verbal approval was granted by Mr. Frank Patton 07-06-2018 at 09:22 hours per the following:

• Cut risers as denoted on the permit. • Cut +/- 60' away from the plat form (both pipelines); plug each • Cut back an additional +40' on both, recover 40' pipe, and plug each pipeline end per

proposed area

• Demob

On July 7, 2018 the aforementioned and final pipeline abandonments were completed.

In support of the completion operations, the following documents are included.

• Final subsea map "As Left" (NAD-27 - Latitude/Longitude)

• ASCII mapping and data points • Certification document • Verbal approval granted 07-06-2018 by Mr. Frank Patton

RE: Decommissioning Certification Statement

By letters dated May 8, 2018, the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement approved the proposed Decommissioning Plan for Right of Way No. OCS-G 19658 submitted by Renaissance Offshore. This approval allowed for abandonment in place, after hydrocarbon free flushing activities of PL SN 11455 andSN 11729.

On July 4, 2018 the C-Innovation managed vessel "Kirt Chouest" completed permanent well abandonment operations at 19:30hours, and began pipeline decommission operations. The ROVs cut and recovered the vertical section of the 4ViM pipeline (SN 11455) and inserted a plumber's plug in the ID of the pipeline. The 4" umbilical (SN11729) was then cut just aft of the lay down head and recovered. A "5 " gallon bucket filled with epoxy was then places over the end of the umbilical to cap it. The ROV then performed a site clearance survey of this area.

The "Kirt Chouest" vessel then moved to Renaissance OfTshore's WD-152 Platform and surveyed the pipeline SN 11455 and umbilical SN 11729 as they reached the platform. A pre-site survey identified an unidentified pipeline and large amount of debris on top of the SN 11455 the 4" flowline. This unidentified pipelire and debris increased the risk in the cutting and wrapping back the pipeline. Following conversations between Apache, Renaissance, and the BSEE Pipeline Group, a modification was made to the approved abandonment plan to minimize risk and continue operations. Renaissarce received verbal and written approval from Mr. Frank Patton of the BSEE Pipeline Group and operations continued. Additional cuts were to be made necessitating additional plumber's plugs to be made. The vessel returned to Port Fourchon July 5 t h and collected the plugs and returned to WD-I52 on July 6 , h. A 4 foot section of SN 11455, 4inch pipeline and 4inch umbilical (SN 11729)were cut out from the mud line up and recovered. Plumber's plugs were inserted in ths ID of both cut ends of the pipeline and PVC pipe with epoxy were placed on the cut ends of the 4inch umbilical (SN 11729) to cap them. The 4inch pipeline and umbilical were then cut at 62' from the platform (just clear of the debris on bottom). A second cut was made 110' from th ; platform on each line and the cut sections were recovered. Plumber's plugs were inserted in the ID of both cut ends of the pipeline and PVC pipe with epoxy were placed on the cut ends ofthe 4inch umbilical to cap them. The ROV then performed a site clearance survey of this area. Apache completed decommissioning operations on July 7, 2018.
