Collaborated with project managers and senior management to create, monitor and manage over 75 unique risks. Our risk management process presented senior leaders with concise information enabling informed decisions to address personnel assignment, budget priorities and timing of system upgrades. This resulted in our customers providing additional funding to mitigate the risks identified. Clients included US Department of Energy, CH2MHill, Johnson Controls, and Areva.
