Supplied with children’s chairs and tables, toys etc. Large covered deck flows onto a fully fenced area with sandpit, play equipment, slide and toys. Accommodates up to 50 people. Room Hire Price 2018 All room hire prices are charged by the hour and include GST. A room hire bond may be required depending on the type of room hire required. A key bond may be required if the hire is out of office hours. All bond payments will be returned within 7 days of compleon of your room hire. All casual room hire fees including bond, must be paid 2 weeks in advance of the room hire booking date. The house has two rooms for hire and is the venue for a wide range of community support groups, recreaonal, art, exercise groups, local church and spiritual meengs. Room hire is available Monday to Sunday from 8:00am to 10.00pm. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm during school term and 9:00am to.11:00am during school holidays. About Us

Howick & Pakuranga Community Houses Incorporated (HPCH),
