ROOMS FOR HIRE:
Pakuranga Room This room is ideal for mee%ngs, workshops, courses, hobby classes
etc. Large tables, chairs, kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, zip,
and whiteboard. Accommodates up to 50 people.
Anchorage Room As above but suitable for pre-school ac%vi%es, children’s par%es and
family groups. Supplied with children’s chairs and tables, toys etc.
Large covered deck flows onto a fully fenced area with sandpit, play
equipment, slide and toys. Accommodates up to 50 people.
Room Hire Price 2018 All room hire prices are charged by the hour and include GST.
A room hire bond may be required depending on the type of room
hire required. A key bond may be required if the hire is out of office
hours. All bond payments will be returned within 7 days of
comple%on of your room hire.
All casual room hire fees including bond, must be paid 2 weeks in
advance of the room hire booking date.

About Us
Howick & Pakuranga Community Houses Incorporated (HPCH),
operates two community houses in the Howick and Pakuranga
areas; Highland Park and Anchorage Park Community Houses.
The Society is supported and funded by Auckland Council and the
Howick Local Board to operate the two houses for the community
and their surrounding areas.
The mission of HPCH is to provide venues and services to assist in
the facilita%on of community ac%vi%es that contribute to a
holis%c sense of wellbeing. We do this successfully by ren%ng
rooms in each of the houses and funding a number of community
classes including the very popular Defensive Driving course.
Anchorage Park Community House can be found at 16 Swan
Crescent, Pakuranga, next door to Anchorage Park Primary School
and not far from Pakuranga Mall.
The house has two rooms for hire and is the venue for a wide
range of community support groups, recrea%onal, art, exercise
groups, local church and spiritual mee%ngs.
Room hire is available Monday to Sunday from 8:00am to
10.00pm.
Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm during
school term and 9:00am to.11:00am during school holidays.
