Step to send the sample and analytical 1. Check for availability of instruments from Research Affairs staff or website. 2. Send the permission letter (from Institute’s Head to College’s Dean for

discount) to Khun Pratoom at room 507, 5th floor, Chulalongkorn Research Building.

3. Bring the reply letter with sample to Research Affairs and complete the Analytical Service Requisition Form. In the case of contact by post, please download the Requisition form from our website and send the completed form with the sample to us.

4. An invoice will be sent to the customer by fax after testing is finished (Normally it takes 2 weeks for service).

5. Take the invoice to the Financial Department (the 2nd floor, PPC Building) for payment and take the receipt to acquire the analytical report at room 507 the 5thfloor of the Chulalongkorn Research Building.
