Vessel operations
An Service Provider
20
We currently have Joint Venture relationship with RK Offshore who operate a pool of 22 Offshore Supply Vessels. A vessel (owned by CAVERTON ) in this pool is on contract with an IOC
Vessel contracts are based on Fixed Daily Rate. We estimate EBIT margin to be approximately 20% of revenue.
Following a strategic decision to move out from the low-margin LPG tanker operations, we disposed of certain assets to enable us to reposition for the acquisition of supply vessels for the oil and gas industry.
Dividend policy
21
Historically, we have consistently paid dividend since 2009. "
