CSIMarket and Spiderbook
Reasons for unable to find the data.
Acquisitions
Disclosing only their key or significant customers.
Company name changes
Abbreviations or short forms of a company
Different business segments
Suggestions
If BR department can get information from mergers and acquisitions team regularly then we can save time and cost
Collect the abbreviations of a company at the same time of collecting .
When the BR company name changes, instead of reporting the company name in NLL status, we can remove the BR company name, to save space in database and we can also save time and cost
Sometimes the subject company closing its one of the business segment, so BR’s company name not reporting in subsequent document, if we collect the relations by segment wise we can remove these relations. CSIMarket is the website providing the relations with segment wise.
The Spiderbook and CSIMarket companies
