DESCRIPTION
The Most Significant Change (MSC) Technique is a community-based monitoring and evaluation tool designed to identify and generate powerful stories of transformation. The tool was pilot-tested for communications use by World Vision's Asia Pacific Regional Office through the Transformational Development Communications (TDC) Project funded by World Vision Canada on 2007-2009.
