Coordination Senior Team: 1-2 hours per month. HR Team: 2 hours per
week. Hotel Staff: 1-2 hours per day. Training Ongoing training to
students throughout the working week (in line with training
schedule). Can utilise existing hotel training. To be agreed with
non-profit. Staff to act as teachers and mentors to students.

To support the set-up, growth and sustainability local programme,
ensuring adherence to core standards. Made up of General Managers
of partner hotels, Director of coordinating NGO, chair of
Operations Committee and YCI Team representative. One two meetings
per year. Governance YCI Operations Committee Aim: To manage the
day-to- day operations of local programme, ensuring delivery in
accordance with core standards. Made up of Directors of Human
Resources, Training Managers, project manager from the non-profit
partner and YCI Team representative. Meet three to four times per
year.
