The Robert McAngus Capital Corporation (RMCC) is a division of the Robert McAngus Group (RMG) which was formed to provide financial solutions for growing companies around the world. By utilizing our many years and vast experience in a multitude of industries from aviation to oil, shipping to construction combined with proven and new financial technologies and programs we are quickly able to ascertain a viable and practical strategy for our clients.
We believe in getting to know our clients and the inner workings of their organization, their strengths and their weaknesses. In order to achieve this we carefully identify the needs of our clients so we are able to provide the necessary capital and structure to meet not only short term needs but also with a view of the long term vision of the company at all times. PROJECT FUNDING PROGRAMS
Through our Project Funding Program we provide funding for projects in a multitude of industries globally. Our minimum funding amount is $20MM (This is not negotiable) although we prefer larger projects. We can structure our funding as long term debt, equity or some hybrid of the two. We look for some type of capital contribution from the principles of each project we fund. We can provide capital for acquisition, expansion and restructuring. We look for projects that make sense, have a great upside potential and those that have strong and seasoned management teams.

We prefer Board listed companies with a track record or a similar non listed company with a proven record of business. We fund in a multitude of ways, Debt, Structured, Bond Issue are just some of the methods employed and as each transaction is unique a finance package is devised specifically for that project and is handled as such, Unique. Until we have reviewed the project and it has gone through Central Processing we cannot tell you how or if it’s being funded, when we have reached an internal agreement we advise the client that we will be issuing an Indicative Term Sheet establishing the guidelines of the future contract should the client wish to proceed.
INDUSTRIES & LOCATIONS
As indicated above in PREFERED INDUSTRIES section although we are open to many industries our current interests are focused on the following sectors; manufacturing and distribution, alternative
energy, mining, development, hospitality, healthcare and entertainment. We look at projects globally but prefer North and South America, Europe and Asia. Our funding process typically takes between 60-120 days for completion of funding predicated on the speed in which our clients provide the necessary information to us.
We can offers large project loans starting at $20,000,000 and up to and in excess of several Billion, all of our loans are underwritten by conglomeration of Top Swiss banks and our funding program(s) also encompasses national governments, municipalities and states, All counties are acceptable except those on the UN, NATO, USA BLACKLIST, but please keep in mind each transaction is based upon its own merits no matter what country

BIO FUELS
A new study from Emerging Markets Online titled “Biodiesel 2020: A Global Market Survey” finds the global market for biodiesel is poised for explosive growth in the next ten years. Although Europe currently represents 90% of global biodiesel consumption and production, the U.S. car industry is developing along with its European divisions even more economical diesel engines and is now ramping up production at a faster rate than Europe, and Brazil is expected to surpass U.S. and European biodiesel production by the year 2015. India and China also have massive plans for biodiesel development over the next two decades It is possible that biodiesel could represent as much as 20% of all on-road diesel used in
Brazil, Europe, China and India by the year 2020; If governments continue to aggressively pursue targets; enact investor-friendly tax incentives for production and blending; and help to promote research and development in new biodiesel feedstock’s such as algae biodiesel, the prospects for biodiesel may become realized faster than anticipated. The RM Oil Corporation is poised to take advantage of this dramatic growth in both increased production and in developing joint venture relationships with BIO DIESEL manufactures in many different and diverse countries around the world.

SOYBEAN – THE HEALTHY OIL
Soybean oil is widely used oil and is commonly called ‘vegetable oil.’ Soybean oil is a very healthy food ingredient despite the bad publicity regarding fats and oils in general. Soybean oil is very popular because it is cheap, healthful and has a high smoke point. Soybean oil does not contain much saturated fat. Like all other oils from vegetable origin, soybean oil contains no cholesterol. Saturated fat and cholesterol cause heart diseases and are mainly found in products from animal origin such as milk, cheese and meat products. Soybean oil is not only used in food products but also as a renewable energy source and can be found in BIO DIESEL.
Biodiesel is the only alternative fuel to have fully completed the health effects testing requirements of the Clean Air Act. The use of biodiesel in a conventional diesel engine results in substantial reduction of unburned hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, and particulate matter compared to emissions from diesel fuel. In addition, the exhaust emissions of sulfur oxides and sulfates (major components of acid rain) from biodiesel are essentially eliminated compared to diesel.

The RMG Oil Corporation is in discussion with Neste Oil regarding the use of renewable Jet Fuels. Neste Oil is a global pioneer in aviation biofuels. The company’s NExBTL renewable aviation fuel meets the very stringent quality standards demanded of aircraft fuel and can be produced in industrial quantities.
Neste Oil has committed itself to the European Aviation Biofuels Flightpath that is aimed at increasing the use of aviation biofuels to 2 million tons annually by 2020. The joint goal is to ensure that aviation biofuels are produced sustainably and are suitable for use by aircrafts flying on commercial routes.

Rice has fed more people over a longer period of time than any other crop. As far back as 2500 B.C. rice has been documented in the history books as a source of food and for tradition as well. Beginning in China and the surrounding areas, its cultivation spread throughout Sri Lanka, and India. It was then passed onto Greece and areas of the Mediterranean. Rice spread throughout Southern Europe and to some of North Africa. From Europe rice was brought to the New World. From Portugal it was brought into Brazil and from Spain to Central and South America.
Rice could be taken too many parts of the world due to its versatility. It is able to grow in the desert conditions of Saudi Arabia, in the wetland deltas of Southeast Asia in the flooded rice plains which we are most familiar with.

The RMG Group deals with a wide variety of edible oils, but is primarily dedicated to the Olive oil, Sunflower oil, Palm oil, Coconut oil, Corn oil, Cottonseed oil, Canola oil, Peanut oil, Safflower oil, Sesame oil, Soybean oil, Avocado oil, Rape seed oil, Walnut oil industry.
The two leading edible oils in the world are Palm and Soya Oil. For most of the past half century, Soybean Oil has been the benchmark for edible oils. But with increasing substantial plantings all over the world and particularly in South East Asia, Palm Oil production has been steadily increasing and now exceeds that of soya.
The margin becomes even more pronounced when palm kernel oil is taken into account. Palm Oil is today the leading edible oil produced in the world. The relative growth in importance of palm oil has been relentless for decades. Rape is the next most
popular edible oil after palm and soy, followed by sunflower, cottonseed, groundnut, palm kernel and coconut oils.

The Robert McAngus Group located in Spain has entered into negotiations with Lotus Racing of England to purchase a new factory built Lotus Exige R-GT to be utilized by their motor sport completion division RMG MOTORSPORT. This car will be one of only ten cars manufactured this year by Lotus Racing, for the FIA Rally Championship in the new GT class.
The car will participate in tarmac stages of the championship next year, including Monte Carlo, Tour de Corse, and San Remo. The R-GT marks Lotus’ return to professional rally competition, a form of motorsport the brand hasn’t been involved in since the Talbot Sunbeam Lotus of the early ‘80s.
The R-GT takes a standard road-going Lotus Exige, now packing a Toyota-sourced 3.5-liter V-6, and gives it the full rally treatment – making it appear as if the days of Group B never ended. To protect the driver and navigator from the many dangers of rallying, an FIA-spec steel rollcage is bolted to the car’s aluminum frame. The car’s 3.5-liter V-6 pumps out 302 hp, and features FIA-mandated 34-mm air restrictors to keep the R-GT in class. Weight is also highly regulated, and is kept at a healthy 1200 kg (2646 lbs.) The car will be driven by Robert (Bob) McAngus and navigated by Andy Barnard in the MSA Tarmac Championship and various select events in Europe such as the Monte Carlo, Tour de Corse, and San Remo. Both McAngus and Barnard have vast experience in motorsport having competed in Ford, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen and Subaru in rallying in many countries around the world, and both look forward to participating in both the domestic and the European events.
