Motilal Oswal Financial Services is a knowledge based organization. Every SBU has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. If this was pooled together; the synergies it would in turn increase our knowledge base and the value we could add to our service offering exponentially.

Hence was born the vision of creating an integrated facility with a view to making the MOFSL experience for employees and customers completely seamless and convenient.

The facility was acquired in 2009 and post construction and fitments; the organization has moved in here in 2012
