PRC Operations is off to a good start by increasing production from 1.4Mt run-of-mine (ROM) in 2011 to a forecast of in excess of 2Mt ROM for 2012.

• Two producing mines (Snap Lake Mine in Northwest Territories and Victor Mine in northern Ontario)

• One advanced Project (Gahcho Kué Project in Northwest Territories – JV with Mountain Province Diamonds)

Metallurgical Coal – Peace River Operations

• Peace River Coal partnership formed in 2006 with Anglo Coal holding 65%

• Operations at Trend mine, Tumbler Ridge, with projects office in Vancouver

• Acquired minority partners in September 2011, enabling 100% of the northern leases and 50% of BelSax leases

• Significant investment in First Nations programmes and up skilling of workforce entrants
