Client Engagement Contact was made with DPR regarding an office relocation to coincide with their rapid company growth and technology requirements.
l Initial product discussion and wireless presentation demo.
l Site review of their existing office space and newly acquired location
l Project design: Statement of work, Infrastructure drawings, System schematic drawings.
l Carillion Solution pitch to key project leaders. (Carillion was 1 of 3 contenders)
l Client Approval: Scope of work and commercials
DPR has grown rapidly in the last 5 years and in 2017, Norland Capital (a Private Equity firm based in Silicon Valley) invested in the business to help them accelerate growth and take advantage of the rapidly evolving marketplace.
Carillion installed four 75” Wall mounted displays
l Ability to Skype for business & web conferencing to the room. Via built in P.C. and Logitech MEET-up Camera/Speaker/Mic.
l Polycom Trio for VOIP audio conferencing l Extron Wall mounted Keypad for control

User Adoption: As part of the successful completion of the spaces and Carillion provided training session the new office has seen the meeting rooms used extensively. The intuitive set-up and control has meant that users require little to no I.T. support before, during or after meetings.
