Elisa’s passion for event planning and design grew out of her love for big family gatherings. From organizing family celebrations in Honduras during her youth, to planning corporate events for large organizations in Washington D.C., Elisa’s experience and passion led her to launch a full time career doing what she loves most.

Elisa finds great satisfaction in making her clients’ wedding dreams come to fruition. She takes particular care in understanding her clients’ dreams for their event, and strives to deliver the exceptional wedding experience they envision.

Our Services

Wedding Planning

Every aspect of your wedding is meticulously planned from start to finish, with a focus on the logistics of your event.

Wedding Designing

We offer creative, breathtaking design services and comprehensive consultation services. We enhance and translate your ideas into reality, weaving personality and sophistication into your wedding events.

Wedding Styling

We work as an interior decorator to stylize your décor to perfection. This service is for clients who choose not to work with a separate event decorator or décor rental company, or those with numerous personal items being added tothe overall design.

Day of Coordination

We offer Day of Coordination services at venues where we are a preferred

vendor. This service often accounts for a week-of or month-of service,

and is therefore an expedited version of an Event Planner, focused on the day

of the event.

In-House Florals

We provide floral designs for small to medium size corporate and social events.

Décor Rentals

We have an exclusive collection of event décor that is available for designs that we execute. Our services include the design and set up of backdrops, canopies and draping.

What sort of services do you offer?We offer Event Planning, Designing, Styling, Coordination (at venues where we are a preferred vendor), Décor and Florals.

How many weddings will you be tending to on the day of my wedding?You will have our full attention on your wedding day. You, your wedding and your guests will be our one and only priority.

Are you willing to step in as our advocate, conveying our vision, desires, event needs and challenges to pros when we can’t? Yes! Our goal is to make your dream a reality and your needs our priority. This is the reason we work with a select group of vendors with whom we have worked with for years, and who are among the best in their field.

Do you do destination weddings?Yes, our team travels nationally and internationally.We also plan weddings for military couples who are stationed away from home.

What are some of the most unique weddings you have ever planned?The most unique events we have had the privilege of planning and/or designing include a Cinderella themed wedding, a peacock floral sculpture, and a crystal and mirror wedding with an abundance of greenery and candlelight.

How many meetings will we have, and do you come with us to all of our relevant meetings? How will we communicate, and how often?We are happy to meet and communicate with you as frequently as you prefer in-person or via phone, text, or email. Our bilingual staff return messages promptly and we follow up all conversations with emailed summary notes to ensure clarity of communication.

How many people on your staff will be at the wedding?Our team consists of planners, designers, decorators, stylists, coordinators, event assistants, and set up and tear down crews. We will inform you about ‘the day-of ’ crew size no less than 30 days prior to your wedding.

What happens if you have an emergency and are unable to be there on the day of the wedding?Each team member assigned to your wedding has a backup team member that serves as a silent part of your wedding planning. The backup is copied on all communication starting months ahead of time to ensure that in the event of an emergency, your wedding is fully and expertly covered.

How do payments work? A non-refundable retainer is required at your contract signing. Our services are charged on an hourly basis and billed directly to you each month along with a detailed statement of how the hours were spent. Monthly statements do not apply to Day of Coordination Packages.

When and how do we start working with you?We will begin your planning and/or designing process as soon as we receive your signed contract and non-refundable retainer. Once your day is locked in for your event, the assigned team members will be exclusively blocked for the entire duration of your event.
