FACILITATOR/MENTOR/TRAINER Aug 1999 -‐‑ Present Broward County School, Tropical Elementary School Effectively serving on the School Affiliation Board, while revising Institute'ʹs policies and rules for School Improvement Plans. Developed the program "ʺTrain Our Brains"ʺ for students and parents to increase application and synthesis of higher-‐‑leveled learning opportunities, directly correlated to greater student achievement. Improving the general education curriculum for special-‐‑needs students based upon a variety of instructional techniques and technologies generated by my curriculum and funded through grants.
Successfully created the board approved Tropical pamphlet as well as designed the template for future educational changes and additional educational improvements.
Spearheaded, monitored, and implemented classroom instructional programs for several schools, which correlate with our Board of Education goals.
Successfully improving parent/teacher relationships for 1,000 students and parents through writing research based articles and information, published weekly, in addition to creating the "ʺRole-‐‑Model"ʺ mentor program between students, increasing student development, enthusiasm, and achievement for learning.
Developed project control procedures such as project forecasts, design, creation, and distribution of Tropical Elementary School'ʹs Volunteer Movie for over 950 families, community partners, and businesses.

GRANT DISSEMINATOR/GRANT TRAINER Aug 2010 -‐‑ Present Broward Education Foundation, Fort Lauderdale, FL Capitalizing teacher and community awareness and funding, achieving over goal target using data driven information with an 80% influx of members from my cadre. Engineering positive coverage with media promoting Broward School'ʹs initiative to continue our innovative forum, while improving educational programs and grant procedures.
Created the Award Winning Rater and Rubic Educational Program, which is successfully utilized by hundreds of educational professionals. This, ultimately, resulted in teachers increasing one level on their end-‐‑of-‐‑the-‐‑year observations as well as allowing students to accept leadership roles in their educational journey.
Developing seminars, meetings, and workshops to generate financial opportunities for educators in order to fund educational projects that have demonstrated great success in student’s academic achievements.
Designing and implementing strategic researched-‐‑based grants for Broward County educators.
ADDITIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
Developed innovative semester lesson plans and practical application exercises for classroom, reversing low end-‐‑of-‐‑year test scores in both math and reading for 100% of students in the last 3 consecutive years.
Received the "ʺStrive for Excellence in Teaching'ʹ'ʹ Award in 2013 as well as the "ʺStrive for Excellence in Teaching'ʹ'ʹ Award in 2014 for producing and facilitating units of study inducted into Broward County teacher portal. These technology lessons were intergraded into Broward County’s Education Portal for over 70,000 educators to implement.
Successfully worked with Andrew Toffoli, a very well-‐‑known and well respected individual, by conducting educational seminars for over 600 educators as well as motivating and directing educational professionals. In addition to these successes, I was also recognized for developing the new Rigor Educational Program as well as implementing innovative and successful researched-‐‑based curriculums.
Spearheaded County Educational Programs while providing professional expertise to various school Principles, including Erik Anderson, on developing Innovative Teaching Programs that served as a direct success in implementing effective educational strategies to stimulate students and improve educational standards.
Professionally recognized by Robert Runcie for developing exceptional teaching methods, grant policies, as well as serving as an effective leader, which has paved the way for upcoming educational professionals.
