Cost Saving Initiatives

This is one of the more critical area which differentiates a good facility from an average facility. We envisage most of the cost savings by observing the following areas. Energy consumption (Chillers, AHUs ,Lighting ,Motors and pumps) Water consumption /Re production Equipment performance (DG ,Chillers ,etc.,)

We will submit a comprehensive report and with your approval we will implement the initiatives suggested.

Case Study

Mr. Murugesan who is heading this cost saving practices team at Amps has implemented various cost saving initiatives at HCL technologies Ltd. And got recognized for saving of 322K USD in a year .
