The project involved the design, financing and construc-tion of a power plant to provide chilled water, steam heat, backup electric, operations management, and equipment storage space for Metro Health Hospital. It allowed the hospital with financial flexibility it otherwise would not have had. Designed by HDR Architects the building meas-ured 28,000 gross sq. ft. Completion Date: June 2007 Budget: $23,000,000

This parking structure provides 520 parking spaces. Similar to DePaul's other parking facilities, the structure is very sensitive to aesthetic considerations, preserving the unique charm and character of its Lincoln Park neighbor-hood surroundings. Designed by Antunovich Associates the building measured 155,054 gross sq. ft. Completion Date: January 1992 Budget: $3,900,000

This 375-car parking deck serves the DePaul community, as well as customers of the Dominick's "Fresh Store" Su-permarket in the adjacent building. The structure has an attractive brick and limestone façade, with ornamental iron work. Designed by Antunovich Associates the build-ing measured 119,733 gross sq. ft. Completion Date: January 1992 Budget: $3,900,000

This existing manufacturing building was renovated and restored into academic space, commercial office space and the Lincoln Park branch of the Chicago Public Library on the first floor. This building also houses the Art, Media, and Design department of DePaul University as well as the school’s Health Services Clinic (SAGE medical Center). De-signed by Antunovich Associates the building measured 52,043 gross sq. ft. Completion Date: January 1994 Budget: $5,300,000
