Provides level term life insurance for:• Child, stepchild, or legally adopted child of the Owner through
the age of 25 Issue ages – 15 days to 19 years Up to $10,000 of coverage per child The child may convert to a level-premium
policy for up to 5 times the amount of coverage in force upon his 25th birthday.
If the child doesn’t convert to a policy on his 25th birthday, the rider coverage terminates. Riders are optional and available at an additional cost. Riders are not available in all states and vary by state. Certain restrictions apply.
