REGISTRATIONThe Tenant Lounge is a complimentary area open to
all tenants on a first-come, first-served basis. Regular hours are
Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The space can be
reserved for private weekend or evening events (for a fee). Please
contact the PMO for reservations.
LOUNGE SPACESThe Tenant Lounge has several spaces equipped for
modern tenants. Options include a game room, private office,
kitchen, collaborative work area and shared office, all with
complimentary WiFi.
COLLABORATIVE ROOMSSeveral breakout rooms available for
workplace collaboration. Each is equipped for presentations,
including dry-erase boards and HD television.
PRIVATE OFFICESeveral private offices are available for use in
the Tenant Lounge. The furniture, provided by Thomas Interiors,
mimics the typical office setting that can be created anywhere in
the CME Center.
OPEN OFFICESpace is available in workstations and shared office
areas located on the north and south sides of the Tenant
Lounge.
GAME ROOMThe PMO has dedicated the northeast area of the Tenant
Lounge as the Game Room, with: • Shuffleboard • Ping Pong •

KITCHENThe kitchen is designed for use by tenants as a gathering
area for after-hour meetings or celebrations. Surround-sound
speakers, HD television, premium cable, Apple TV and dishwasher are
provided.

PARKINGThe CME Center provides convenient and easily accessible
parking for 500 cars in its below-grade garage. Car sharing, a car

MESSENGER CENTERLocated north of the retail corridor, the Arrow
Messenger Center provides expedited messenger services and non-US
Postal delivery, as well as complimentary mail retrieval at the end
of the business day. Open Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 6 PM FedEx and
UPS drop boxes, as well as USPS mailboxes, are located south of the
retail corridor.
BIKE STORAGESecure bicycle parking is available in the bike room
outside 10 South Wacker, for a fee. Alternatively, complimentary
bike racks are located on the corners of Madison and Monroe. Open
