Pursuant to the Uniform Instructions, (2)(F), Solicitation Amendments, the above referenced solicitation shall be amended as follows:
1. Add the following to the Scope of Work, Drawings (5) on Page 5:C. “THS Basketball Court Slab”, a one (1) page file. This is the structural as-built for the
basketball court.

D. “Huachuca Gym M-1R”, a one (1) page file. Attached sheet M-1R shall replace the sheet M-1from the original bid set. All items shown "clouded" on sheet M-1R shall be included in the final bid.Enlarged mechanical room plan shown on Sheet M-2 does not apply. Refer to sheet M-1R for eastand west enlarged room plans.

E. Additional Site Clarifications – Tombstone High Schooli. Existing evaporative cooler, and gas heaters being removed shall be returned to the owner.ii. Prior to working inside gym, contractor shall protect the wood floors with two (2) layers of

i. Existing evaporative coolers inside east and west mechanical rooms, and gas heatersbeing removed shall be returned to the owner. Existing three (3) evaporative coolerslocated on outside wall shall be disposed.
ii. Prior to working inside gym, contractor shall protect the wood floors with a layer of "RamBoard" or equal product.

2. Revise the following Special Instructions, Pre-Bid Conference (1) on Page 24 as follows (emphasis added):
D. The District reserves the right to schedule an additional pre-bid conference(s) if attendance is less than three (3) firms. The district reserves the right to verify the employment of any mandatory pre-bid conference participants, in a reasonable manner, to determine Bidder eligibility. If representatives work for multiple firms, it must be clearly indicated in the bid package to avoid a non-responsive determination.

1.) Please clarify where the duct penetrations for the Gym units will be. Onsite discussion was had regarding the duct coming through the existing windows. If the West unit is lined up with the last window on the west side of the gym there will not be enough clearance between the new unit and the existing unit. 2.) If the new west unit is going to be lined up with the window and there is not enough clearance between units, how will this be addressed. Will there be an addendum to move the existing unit? 3) Please clarify if the basketball pad to the north of the gym roof will support a crane.

The new west unit (AC-1) is not lined-up with last window. It is lined-up with the window before last. Refer to bid plan sheet M-1. We could not verify if the basketball court slab is "Fire-Truck Rated". For reference, we are providing the structural as-built (attached) of the existing basketball court slab. This information will be included in Amendment #3. Thank you!

1) Does the school district want any enclosure ie. chain link fencing with man gates around the new package units and condensers? 2) Do the dampers in the ridge vent opening close? If they are not able to be closed will they need to be capped off or sealed from above. Is there any consideration of removing the dampers and re-roofing the ridgevent opening?

1) M-1R will be revised in Amendment #3 that shows clouded revisions, which includes new chain-link fences. 2) Existing ridge vent shall be capped from above. Refer to an attached M-1R for ridge-vent sealing detail. This information will be shared in Amendment #3. Thank you!

General Contractor's License

Addendum 1 addresses the work being performed under a General Contractor's License. My company has an in-house General Contracting Company, Munsey Contract & Development, that all the necessary work & subcontractors can perform under. They were not at the mandatory walk thru as this addendum had not been issued. Will we still be able to submit under their license. I do work for both companies and if so needed can represent the General Contracting company and Berg's Heating & Air.

The relief hoods are to be removed with associated barometric damper. The roof-curbs are to remain, and be sealed as shown in the bid plans. The evaporative coolers located on high roof curbs have been removed already. Refer to the bid plans for details. This will be included in Amendment #3. Thank you!

This scope of work is to add two (2) new circuit breakers to an existing distribution panel and extend out with conductors to the new AC units. There is no need address existing transformers. The existing SES and distribution panel is located to the south side of the gymnasium. This information will be included in Amendment #3. Thank you!

Please confirm that the AIC rating of the new gym building service entrance is to be 100K. This adds significant cost to the switchgear, and likely is not required per SSVEC specifications.

Available Fault Current from APS is 56,135 A.I.C. The new circuit breaker will need to be rated at 42,000 A.I.C. This information will be included in Amendment #3. Thank you!
