    Technical Specifications A. HELICAL ROTARY SCREW TYPE WATER CHILLER

    The technical specification of air cooled screw chiller machine / Scroll machine given in the tender are for the reference of the bidders. However the air cooled machine/scroll machine is acceptable as per manufacturer standard of approved make specified in the tender.

    4 Part- I 7 2. Scope of work -Building Management System complete with Automatic controls and instruments.

    2. Scope of work -All HVAC equipments shall be BMS compatible. Provision of BMS System is not covered in scope of work.

    5 Part-II 11- 53 Bill of quantities Revised Bill of quantities as per Annexure A to this amendment.

  • 6 The following has been added to the tender:

    1 . The several documents forming the contract are to be taken as mutually explanatory on one another, detailed drawings being followed in preference to small scale drawings.

    1.1 In case of discrepancy between Bill of quantities , the specification and/ or the drawings, the following order of preference shall be observed: i) Description of Bill of Quantities ii) Specific Conditions and technical specifications and special condition if any iii) Drawings iv) CPWD specification v) Indian Standard Specification of BIS

    The chiller shall be able to provide 25% to 100%stepless capacity control

    The chilling machine as described above shall be asper specifications.
