Imobil de lux conceput, proiectat si realizat de acceasi autori in ani ‘90.Ulimele doua nivele, locuinta proprietarului intregului imobil au facut obiectul unui proiect de design de interior ulterior.

Primul nivel al “loft”-ului a fost tratat ca o locuinta moderna zonificata pe orizontala, iar ultimul etaj cu o suprafata mai mica si cu o multitudine de terase pe mai multe orientari ca spatiu de relaxare si socializare.

Bugetul marinimos a conferit posibilitatea alegerii atat a unor materiale de finisaj, a unor utilaje de aer conditionat, rulouri etc., cat si a unor elemente de arhitectura deosebite ( ex.: geam curb).

Partea de terasa de la etajul superior a constituit ocazia unui mic proiect de peisaj.

Leisure residence conceptualized and executed by the same authors in the 90s. The upper two stories make up the home of the whole estate's owner and are the object of a design project that was later executed.The lower penthouse level was crafted as a horizontally-zoned modern living residence, and the upper story, with a more reduced area and a multitude of terraces drawing away in difference directions was treated as leisure and social space.The substantial budget offered numerous possibilities in terms of choosing finishing materials, air conditioning tools, rollers as well as special architecture elements(for instance, curved windows)The terrace space on the upper story offered the unique possibility of a small landscape project.
