As an AMEGA Business Associate (BA), you may purchase products at the wholesale cost and resell those products at the retail cost. This wholesale to retail markup is up to 10%. You may also sell product on your BA Replicated Website and your retail commis-sion will be included in your commission check that you may track online, in your back office. When customers purchase products from your BA replicated website, the wholesale amount counts as your Personal Volume, where you will receive an additional 15% commission. That’s right: BA’s are paid 15% commission on their own volume!

2. Preferred CustomersA customer who does not wish to become a BA but still wants to order consumable products on a monthly basis may become a Preferred Customer. Preferred Customers purchase at the BA wholesale price in exchange for enrolling in a monthly automatic shipment program. They can cancel at any time. Preferred Customer purchases count as your Personal Volume, where you will still receive an additional 15% commission.

You will earn a Fast Start Bonus every time you personally enroll a new BA who purchases a Silver, Titanium or Platinum Package, or upgrades within 21 days. The Fast Start Bonus is 10% of the product purchase that is made by the new enrollee, not counting the Business Kit.

21 Day Upgrade: No matter what enrollment option you choose, you can upgrade to Silver, Titanium or Platinum within 21 days of your enrollment date. To complete the upgrade, simply purchase or retail products that total the Personal Volume necessary to reach Silver (US$149-$499), Titanium (US$500-$899) or Platinum (US$900 or higher). Upon completion of this upgrade, your new Business Centers will automatically activate.

After the 21 day upgrade period has passed, you may still upgrade by purchasing or retailing products in one transaction that totals the PV necessary to reach Silver (US$149-$499), Titanium (US$500-$899) or Platinum (US$900 or higher). You can also earn Silver by achieving US$300 PV in any one calendar month, Titanium by achieving US$1000 PV in any one calendar month or Platinum by achiev-ing US$1800 PV in any one calendar month.

These sales may be in the form of wholesale purchase for personal use or retailing, through Preferred Customer Volume, or through retail sales online. Once the designation is achieved, it will remain for the life of the distributorship.

Team Binary Commissions are based on a two-legged binary structure that pays a qualified BA a 10% commission on the side of the binary with the lesser amount of volume. This commission is paid on enrollment orders and upgrades only and is calculated daily/paid weekly with a monthly requirement to be active (60 PV) and also maintain one active, personally sponsored BA on each side of the binary. If a BA is active but no commission is due, the strong side volume continues to hold and grow from month to month with no limitation. However, after 6 months of inactivity, volume will be flushed on the strong side from the first of the six months only, and will continue each month until the BA is active.

PV requirements only apply to one single BA and not each and every Business Center held by a BA.

Team Commissions are paid daily. There must be at least 300 Bonus Volume (BV) in the lesser leg or the payout will carry to the next day. Any Business Center that has achieved its maximum payout for that day will have its unpaid BV flushed from the lesser leg to avoid overpayment.

YOUTeam Generation Bonuses are paid on line of sponsorship, based on the number of personally sponsored BA’s who are active with a minimum of $60 PV. This is paid on all purchases except enrollment packages and upgrades, which are paid in the Team Binary. BA’s are paid 15% commission on their own volume!

When each BA in your line of sponsor-ship purchases or retails product, you will receive Team Generation Bonuses on up to 5 generations of BA’s. This is based on their Bonus Volume (BV). To qualify for the Team Generation Bonus a BA must maintain a minimum of $60 PV monthly.

Matching Bonuses are also based on line of sponsorship and are a match of the Team Commission and Team Generation Bonus of Business Associates in your line of sponsorship. Business Associates are always paid at the level of their current qualification, but they never lose the highest pin level designation. The Multi-Tier Mega Matching Bonus is paid on up to 6 generations. To qualify for this bonus, Business Associates must maintain a higher level of PV.

Amega Global recognizes and nurtures people instrumental in building their business. Special incentives are provided to leaders who mature and grow with the Organization* (Total commission paid out, including Team Generation Bonus and Team Commission Bonus).

The Builders Pool is designed specifically for Business Associates who are new to the business and are aggressively working toward the higher levels of the compensation plan. Amega wants to reward these valuable future leaders with this potentially lucrative pool.For every $1000 increase in the lesser leg, over and above the volume of the lesser leg in the month prior, the BA will receive one share of the Builders Pool. This is an amount equivalent to 1% of the total Country Pool Commission that is paid by the company, split to a share value. This pool is open to Active, Qualified Business Associates from entry level through Blue Diamond. Black Diamonds and above do not qualify for this pool.
