Delhi Metro Rail corporation & Chennai metro rail limited has also approved our Expansion Joints and Elastomeric Bearings for use on Metro Rail Projects vide their letter No-DMRC/CORP./20/DESIGN/1/99 dt:29-03-2012 & soma/CRO/CMRL/31936.

� The present turnover of the company is approx 17 Crores annually and this has been achieved in span of 14 Years since its inception in theYear1999.The factory is located at Hyderabad INDIA We are equipped with “state of the art” advanced Material Testing Laboratory for testing of MATERIALS and finished products to ensure quality as per relevant specifications/IRC CODES. We have the latest plant and machinery for manufacture of these products and dedicated work force of 90Employees which includes Engineers, Technicians, etc

� , Elastomeric Bearings manufactured by us permits a smooth and uniform transfer of load from the beam to the substructure and allow beam rotation . They further allow lateral and longitudinal movement of the beam caused by thermal forces. Have no moveable parts and thermal expansion and contraction are absorbed by the Pad's ability to give and take in shear. There is no sliding motion between pad and beam or between pad and abutment.
