Amber Colvina success story in the making

The success that Amber has had, to date, at several levels of racing are an absolute indication of great things to come at higher levels of racing. Amber’s natural ability and clean driving style continues to win the respect of her competitors and the fans that watch her race.

Amber’s desire to use her racing to raise money for St. Judes Children’s Hospital and Children’s Charities is admirable. That, combined with her desire to one day open a Summer Race Camp for those less fortunate, to provide a four to six week racing experience for kids that could not otherwise afford it, indicates her willingness and desire to give back to others and a desire to mentor younger race fans in her future success.

It is qualities like this in Amber that make Amber a good choice for companies and organizations to align themselves with. Amber, with her cheerful attitude and upbeat personality, Amber is a good reflection on everyone around her and associated with her. These traits also help to make her a winner on and off the track.

Future Plans

20112011 was a limited schedule due to the economy but Amber was able to run enough races to stay sharp and also had the opportunity to test in a Late Model. The test in the Late model proved to be a great success as Amber took to the new car very well, showing great car control, consistency, communication skills, and car knowledge.

2012

Amber plans to run a full season (20-25 races) in the NASCAR Whelen All American Late Model series, while running the full Summer Shootout Series in a Legends car and a limited schedule in K&N East or ARCA Series in 2012. That will afford Amber the experience and seat time that she will need to show her skills at that level. We truly expect to see good things from Amber in 2012.

2013 Amber hopes to run full time in the K&N East or ARCA series while continuing to run 20 to 25 late model races as well as testing in Trucks and/or Nationwide cars in order to move up to Craftsman Trucks or NASCAR Nationwide by 2014.
