How can the survey process be difficult?
Survey Goal
Checking in and setting a foundation for the future.
We will assess the values, effectiveness and alignment of employees with the
organization.
We will inform the discussion around what organizational values will serve the strategy
of the organization and resonate with employees.
Objectives
1. Measure employee attitudes2. The best things and what to improve3. Identify shared values and beliefs 4. Maximize voluntary participation 5. Share the data
Methodology• 39 questions (optional comment questions after each section)
– Total of 10 new questions (7 Likert and 3 multiple selection)
• Administered between April 22, 2014 – May 9, 2014
