JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES: Induction & Orientation / Joining Formalities
Arranging Induction Sessions of the new joiners covering - Company Background, Organization Structure, HR Polices & Benefits, Agreements and Code of Conduct, Reporting hierarchy, making them aware about the work
environment. Dealing with joining formalities of new joiners and collecting all the necessary documents during the joining of
new employees.
Payroll Administration Handling end to end payroll process & ensuring salary disburse on time. Processing payroll for 600+ employees internal & 1800+ employees External. Designing Salary break up adhering to government policies like PF & ESI guidelines. Preparing salary sheet and entering data in ERP (Oracle) software for payroll processing.
HR Operations Preparing Letters – Offer, Appointment, increment, promotion, Bonafide, experience, confirmation,
Transfer, warning, relieving etc. as per requirement.
MIS Preparation Maintenance of Office Files (Existing & Resigned Employees). Maintaining Employee Records ( Through oracle software & MIS ) Maintain all employees’ files, and uploading in oracle/ERP software, candidate CVs, employee correspondence. Preparing Monthly and Weekly MIS to be send to the various departmental heads.
Grievance Handling Manage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements, ESI, PF, Medical, Salary and supporting
their requirements.
