We all have cravings at some point or the other and we all give in to them, the point is to control them.
There are few tips for thisWrite on a piece of paper the
reason you want to quit junk food, it can be anything you wish for and keep looking at that paper every hour or so.
Be confident about yourself and your goal. It’s only when you do not give your body the right foods, it craves for wrong ones. Feed your body with healthy foods and your cravings will go down drastically.
Get into activities, any sports, any exercise, just get moving. When you get into sports, you’ll have the tendency to watch your nutrition too. Which sport? Up to you.
But is it possible to stay away from junk food completely?
You don’t need to ban junk food from your life. As long as you eat healthy 90% of the time, you’ll be ok. One method is to eat clean during the whole week & then take a weekend afternoon junk fest.
Have loads of water. Most of the times we tend to eat when we are actually thirsty. Whenever hunger strikes, have 2 glasses of water, if it’s still there only then reach for food, and that too healthy!!!

Hearing is perhaps what helps man to be a social being among all the five senses. It is mainly because of our ability to hear that we are able to communicate with each other. A defective hearing makes us socially impaired and frustrated.
The most common causes for hearing loss is prolonged exposure to loud noice and advancing age. Unfortunately such a hearing loss is
not curable.
A few tips to prevent hearing loss
Volume should be kept low if you like to use headphones for listen-ing to music for long durations.
People working in noisy environ-ments should use hearing protec-tors like ear muffs or ear plugs.
Avoid getting too close to very loud noises like fireworks, jet engines and pneumatic drills.
Avoid inserting sharp or blunt ob-jects into the ears.
In Diabetics, good control of blood sugar levels prevents hearing loss.
Take prompt medical advice if you suffer from earaches, buzzing sounds in ear, fluid coming out of ear, sudden hearing loss etc.
If some amount of age related hearing loss has already set in, early use of a suitable hearing aid helps to prevent further hearing loss.

“Don’t worry its natural.”
Why do kids lose their teeth?
As a kid, losing your first tooth was always filled with fear and excite-ment at the same time. Excitement of adulthood and fear of not getting your tooth back. But why is it that kids lose teeth when they eventually get them back.
It’s a natural phenomenon of our bodies to lose milk teeth before the permanent ones come.
But why does it happen? As a kid, our jaw is not very strong
and big to hold on to the permanent teeth. Once a kid reach around 5-6 years of age, the jaw starts getting mature and because of this the milk teeth start getting loose. The loose tooth eventually fall out which is then replaced by a permanent tooth.
So when do we get permanent teeth?
It ’s a long process which take many years. At times it continuous for up to 12-13 years. But you need not worry about it. It ’s a very normal process.
Why have milk teeth which even-tually fall? Can’t we just have permanent teeth!
That ’s because your milk teeth provide space for the growth of permanent teeth that will guide them into proper spacing.
Is there anything to worry about?Absolutely nothing to worry. just
get used to your teeth falling out. Don’t force your tooth to fall, just let it happen on its own.

Diet for kidney Stone Prevention
Drink 2 to 3 litres of fruit juice or
water a day. This is approximately
8 to 12 glasses of liquid.
Reduce salt in your diet. Consuming too much salt can make you obese, harden your arteries and form kidney stones. Half a table spoon of salt is required and taken in small amounts all though out the day.
Limit animal protein. Try to avoid
red meats such as beef. Eight ounce
of meat is sufficient for the entire
day. When consuming more protein
drink more water.
