If eligible for these scholarships, print out Marguerite Edwards /Camp Mohawk & Alvin YellowjacketAthletic Booster Club Scholarships –Pass out forms to be filled out –NOW.

Do Section III first

Each scholarship has its own application. It can be labor intensive.

Section III Scholarships

All scholarships are writable PDF’s

In Section III, click on the name of the scholarship.

Fill out the scholarship application

Print & Proofread (make corrections and reprint)

Save an electronic copy if you can.

Follow the directions in the description

Your resume

Essay (if required)

Your personalized letter to the scholarship committee

Two recommendation letters

Sections I, II, IV & V Scholarships…..

All these scholarships take the Alvin ISD Local Scholarship Application

Place the name of first scholarship that you will be applying in those sections and complete the application

Print and proofread, proofread, etc.

Save an electronic copy, if possible

Sections I, II, IV & V Scholarships…..

When you have the application the way you want it, print & proceed.

Change the name to the nextscholarship in those sections that you will be applying

Print

Repeat the process until you have completed all that you have identified in those sections

If you are applying for Alvin Yellowjacket Booster Club Athletic Scholarship, it also uses Alvin ISD Local Scholarship Application. So do now as well.

Section II, IV & V uses this application as well. They also have a cover sheet that you will need to include. These sections will need only one application per section. The cover sheet is where you mark which application(s).

Use one staple (see exceptions in Turn-in Procedures)
