PROTOTYPE ENCLOSURES

We're working hard for your device's esthetic appearance that we

customize our products according to customers' needs and

demands. Please specify the color and if any machining needed, then

Using modern CNC machines and equipment, our team prepares

enclosures in accordance with our customers’ specifications. Be

confident that deliveries are on time and product quality is of high level.

Besides standard enclosure manufacturing, Altınkaya also shares its

expertise in electronic enclosures with its customers in their projects

requiring specific enclosures. Our engineers help you in defining

requirements for the enclosure such as protection class, material, size

and shape, ease of assembly, compatibility with international

standards and cost of the project. After having project requirements

we present you first designs as 3D computer models, after requested

changes we manufacture 3D prototypes with SLS or 0.016mm

layered polyjet technology. After assembly tests and feedbacks from

your departments and your customers we finalize the model and make

your mould in our 30 years old mould making plant with the most up-to-

date machines rapidly.Finally we manufacture your enclosures with

your color and material requirements. From start to end we offer you a

complete solution with no headaches.

We can manufacture prototype enclosures for your demonstrations

and functional prototypes. We manufacture prototypes with selective

laser sintering (SLS) or Polyjet technology. Polyjet technology provides

layers as thin as 16 microns, this technology ensures high resolutions,

fine details and smooth surfaces. Prototypes can be used for

customer demonstrations, assembly testing, functional prototypes

and manufacturability analysis.
